The role requires 10+ years of progressive sales leadership in heavy equipment, a proven track record in growing market share, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. The position is based in Doral, FL with travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within heavy equipment/construction equipment rental or sales.
• Proven outside sales team development and revenue growth.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Territory Managers to achieve sales, rental, and profitability goals.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share for core product lines.
• Recruit, train, and retain top sales professionals and manage performance.
