Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager - Construction for South Florida, covering Miami-Dade and surrounding markets. The role focuses on prospecting, identifying upcoming projects, and building relationships with contractors and decision-makers in precast concrete and infrastructure sectors.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in construction sales, strong prospecting skills, and the ability to open new accounts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction or construction sales experience preferred.
• Background in precast concrete, civil/sitework, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, or related infrastructure is a plus.
• Strong hunter mentality with ability to open new accounts and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new contractor and customer relationships throughout South Florida.
• Identify upcoming public and private construction projects.
• Build relationships with contractors, estimators, project managers, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers.
• Generate new opportunities for the company to quote construction projects.
• Develop business within civil/sitework, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, underground utilities, and infrastructure markets.
• Visit contractor offices and active construction sites throughout the territory.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand market relationships.
