Job summary

T&G Constructors seeks a Business Development Manager to expand its presence in South Florida by developing relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping secure profitable construction projects. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven BD professional with strong knowledge of the South Florida market and a proven ability to turn relationships into opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 5+ years of business development experience in construction/development/architecture/engineering.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute South Florida BD strategy, focusing on Education, Multifamily, Hospitality, and other targeted markets.
• Identify and pursue new clients, projects, markets, and strategic opportunities.
• Develop pursuit and win strategies for targeted projects and coordinate with estimating, preconstruction, operations, and marketing teams on proposals.
• Maintain accurate client, opportunity, and relationship information within the CRM.
• Provide regular pipeline, market intelligence, and BD updates to executive leadership.
