Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular is recruiting a Regional Business Manager (South Central). This field-based role directs a team of territory managers to achieve sales goals, while partnering with Sales Directors and Marketing to equip the team.

The position requires a 4-year technical degree and 7+ years of outside medical device sales, including neurovascular experience. Up to 75% travel within the region and 40% nationwide travel are expected.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in technical or scientific field preferred.
• At least 7 years of outside sales experience, including medical devices.
• People management experience and contracting experience are desirable.
• Experience calling on Neurovascular surgeons and physician-preference devices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regional sales objectives and manage field-based team.
• Provide professional interface with the healthcare community.
• Collaborate with National Sales Director, training and marketing teams.
• Lead with Credo values, ensure policy compliance and accountability.
• Engage key customers to drive portfolio sales.
