Johnson & Johnson MedTech Neurovascular is seeking a Regional Business Manager to lead sales efforts across a multi-state region. This field-based role covers TX, OK, MS, LA, NM, NE, MO, KS and demands strategic engagement with surgeons and health systems to expand the neurovascular portfolio.

You will collaborate with the National Sales Director, training and marketing teams, and will leverage a 7+ year outside sales background, medical device experience, and strong communication to achieve

Qualifications

• 4-year degree, majored in a technical or scientific field.
• At least 7 years of outside sales experience, including selling medical devices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a commission-driven position.

Responsabilités

• Works closely with the National Sales Director along with the training and marketing teams to ensure sales team has the tools, support and education needed to perform optimally

• Utilizes performance management processes and tools to assist in activity planning and accountability
• Follows corporate sales direction and leads team to meet and exceed objectives and metrics

• Engages with key customers and accounts to drive the sales of the overall product portfolio
