Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech – Neurovascular is recruiting a Regional Business Manager (South Central). This field-based role covers TX, OK, MS, LA, NM, NE, MO and KS.

You will drive regional sales growth, manage a team of territory managers, and collaborate with marketing and training to equip the team for success. The position requires a 4-year degree (technical/scientific preferred), 7+ years of outside medical device sales, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree, majored in a technical or scientific field preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a commission-driven position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the sales objectives of the company and manage a team of field-based territory managers.
• Ensure reports perform duties with professionalism and healthcare community interface.
• Collaborate with National Sales Director, training and marketing to provide tools and education.
• Drive team performance using Credo values and adherence to company policies.
• Partner with employees to maintain professional development plans and accountability.
• Engage with key customers and accounts to drive sales of the overall product portfolio.
