Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech – Neurovascular is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive sales objectives and manage a field-based team across designated territories. You will collaborate with sales leadership and marketing to ensure the team has tools and training to perform at the highest level.

The role requires 7+ years in outside sales within medical devices, a technical or scientific bachelor's degree, and strong communication. Travel is substantial as part of field responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree, majored in a technical or scientific field preferred.
• 7+ years of outside sales experience, including experience selling medical devices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Preferred: experience with contracting (development and implementation) and device management.

Responsibilities

• Delivers sales objectives and manages a team of field-based territory managers.
• Partners with National Sales Director and marketing teams to equip the sales force with tools and education.

• Develops professional development plans with employees and tracks accountability.
• Uses performance management processes to plan activities and drive results.
