Sixty Vines in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead a high-volume, scratch-made kitchen. You will run efficient operations, uphold safety and sanitation, and collaborate with managers to oversee food and beverage service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a similar role, strong cooking methods knowledge, and the ability to train hourly staff. A Culinary Arts degree is a plus but not required. This position requires energy and a commitment to authentic hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen experience in a similar role.
• Experience leading and supervising hourly team members.
• Experience working within budget parameters.
• Knowledge of Scheduling and Restaurant software programs.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
• Culinary Arts degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
