Job summary

ICON is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to lead the top of the funnel, mapping markets and engaging passive, in-demand talent to fuel critical searches in construction. This hunter role focuses on finding talent unreachable by job posts and building strong pipelines for ICON's Recruitment Delivery Center.

You'll partner with senior TA Partners, craft targeted outreach using AI tooling, and measure success by the caliber of talent surfaced.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
• Demonstrated proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing across at least one talent domain.
• Track record of engaging passive candidates and running initial qualification conversations.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and disciplined candidate dispositioning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques for TA Partner-run searches.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines focused on passive talent across current and anticipated searches.
• Develop and iterate sourcing models for difficult roles, and recommend new techniques to improve pipeline quality.
• Conduct initial qualification screens that surface candidate viability and interest.
• Draft and personalize outreach at volume using AI tooling, surface non-obvious channels and talent pools.
