Job summary

ICON is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to own searches end-to-end across manufacturing, software, robotics, and construction. You will own requisitions from first search to signed offer—setting strategy, sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through a high-stakes decision—with a senior TA Partner as your strategic sounding board.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Independent ownership of requisitions from sourcing through offer.
• Strong candidate assessment skills with calibrated slates.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and sourcing platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own requisitions end-to-end, setting strategy and closing offers.
• Develop req-level search strategies across channels and target companies.
• Source and assess passive candidates, deliver summaries and scorecards.
• Leverage AI to streamline screening, research, and scheduling; mentor Sourcing Recruiters.
