ICON is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to lead top-of-funnel talent mapping, passive candidate engagement, and high-volume outreach using AI tooling. You will partner with TA Partners on critical searches, building robust pipelines and market intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
This role is oriented toward delivering quality candidates who align with ICON's future building projects in construction and related fields.
ICON is rebuilding recruiting from the ground up — standing up a Recruiting Delivery Center of Excellence engineered to find and win talent with the speed, rigor, and market insight of the best search firms in the world. We are looking for a Sourcing Recruiter to be the tip of the spear: the person who finds the people no job post will ever reach and puts them in play for the searches that decide who builds the future of construction. This is a general-interest posting - we are continuously meeting exceptional sourcers across experience levels.
This is a hunter's role. You will own the top of the funnel - mapping markets, cracking hard-to-fill searches, and engaging passive, in-demand talent with outreach sharp enough to earn a reply - and build a personal sourcing engine powered by the latest AI tooling. You'll partner directly with senior TA Partners on ICON's most critical searches, and be measured by the caliber of talent you surface, not the volume of messages you send. If you want to help build a world-class recruiting function from the ground up, own your craft, and see your work translate directly into who joins ICON, this is that seat. As part of a small, high-caliber team, you will advance humankind's ability to deliver dignified, affordable, resilient, and sustainable shelter. This is an on-site role based at our Austin, TX HQ Campus.
