Job summary

ICON is seeking a Full Cycle Recruiter to own searches end-to-end from first search to signed offer, leveraging AI to accelerate sourcing, assessment, and scheduling. Based at our Austin, TX HQ, you will work with a senior TA Partner as a strategic sounding board, not a supervisor, and play a pivotal role in building talent across manufacturing, software, robotics, and construction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house, agency, or executive search.
• Independent ownership of requisitions from sourcing through offer.
• Strong candidate assessment skills with calibrated slates and clear rationale.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and modern sourcing platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned requisitions end-to-end from search through offer.
• Set and run the req-level search strategy—channels, target companies, outreach, and messaging.
• Source and engage passive candidates independently across platforms.
• Conduct in-depth screens assessing qualifications, motivations, and fit.
• Prepare candidate summaries and scorecards for the TA Partner.
• Manage candidate relationships through offer process and post-offer follow-up.
• Use AI to compress the workflow and assist with summaries and scheduling.
• Guide Sourcing Recruiters on shared searches.
