ICON is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to own searches end-to-end across manufacturing, software, robotics, and construction. You will own requisitions from first search to signed offer—setting strategy, sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through a high-stakes decision—with a senior TA Partner as your strategic sounding board.
This is an on-site role at our Austin, TX HQ. As part of a small, high-caliber team, you will use AI to compress workflow, draft summaries, and schedule
ICON is at an inflection point - scaling hiring across manufacturing, software, robotics, and construction while rebuilding recruiting around the discipline of the best search firms in the world. We are looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter to be a driving force behind that build: a recruiter who owns searches end-to-end and closes the talent that determines what ICON becomes. This is a general-interest posting - we are always looking to meet exceptional full-cycle recruiters.
This is a role for a closer. You will own your requisitions from first search to signed offer - setting the req strategy, running the market, sourcing and assessing talent independently, and guiding candidates through a high-stakes decision - with the autonomy of a search professional and a senior TA Partner as your strategic sounding board, not your supervisor. You'll wield the latest AI to compress the workflow and move faster than any team you've been on, and help shape the playbook a fast-growing recruiting org will run on. If you thrive in high-growth environments and want your name on the hires that build the future of construction, this is that seat. As part of a small, high-caliber team, you will advance humankind's ability to deliver dignified, affordable, resilient, and sustainable shelter. This is an on-site role based at our Austin, TX HQ Campus.
