Job summary

ICON Technology seeks a Sourcing Recruiter to lead top-of-funnel talent discovery for critical searches at our Austin, TX HQ. The role emphasizes building proactive pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and partnering with senior TA Partners to surface high-caliber talent for construction and related domains.

You will own outreach strategies, leverage AI-assisted tooling, and drive data-driven sourcing processes while advancing ICON's mission to deliver dignified, affordable, resilient shelter.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
• Demonstrated proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing across at least one talent domain.
• Track record of engaging passive candidates and running initial qualification conversations.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and disciplined candidate dispositioning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Pipeline Generation: Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and channels.
• Qualification & Handoff: Conduct initial qualification screens and hand off qualified pipelines to TA Partners.
• Market Intelligence & AI Tooling: Use AI tooling to draft personalized outreach and surface market signals.
• Process & Data Hygiene: Document sourcing plans with deliverables and maintain candidate data hygiene.
