ICON is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to lead top-of-funnel talent mapping, passive candidate engagement, and high-volume outreach using AI tooling. You will partner with TA Partners on critical searches, building robust pipelines and market intelligence to inform hiring decisions.

This role is oriented toward delivering quality candidates who align with ICON's future building projects in construction and related fields.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing.
• Track record of engaging passive candidates and initial qualification conversations.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and disciplined candidate dispositioning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines across current and anticipated searches.
• Develop and iterate sourcing models for difficult roles and improve pipeline quality and volume.
• Hand off qualified pipelines to TA Partners with market context to avoid stalls.
