Job summary

ICON is rebuilding recruiting from the ground up. This on-site role is based at our Austin, TX HQ Campus and focuses on top-of-funnel sourcing to map markets and engage passive talent.

You will own the outreach engine, collaborating with TA Partners to surface high-caliber candidates for critical searches and advance ICON's mission to build future shelter through exceptional sourcing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in-house or agency.
• Demonstrated proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing across at least one talent domain.
• Track record of engaging passive candidates and running initial qualification conversations.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and disciplined candidate dispositioning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques for TA Partner-run searches.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines focused on passive and hard-to-reach talent across current and anticipated searches.
• Develop and iterate sourcing models for difficult roles and recommend new techniques to improve pipeline quality and volume.
• Conduct initial qualification screens and hand off qualified pipelines with market context to the TA Partner.
• Draft and personalize outreach at volume using AI tooling and surface non-obvious channels.
