Qualifications

• 2+ years of external recruitment experience.
• Recruitment agency/headhunter experience is an advantage.
• Experience in APAC, EMEA and other regions is an advantage.
• Target driven mindset and able to exceed targets.
• Full proficiency in English.
• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable conducting one-on-one interviews and conversations.

Responsibilities

• Search and match qualified candidates through databases, media channels, job boards, and other resources.
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing and analyzing responses; verify references.
• Maintain relationships with professional networks to source candidates.
• Cold call candidates to gauge interest in opportunities.
• Keep candidate records up-to-date and well-documented.
• Follow up with candidates and keep them informed of opportunities.
