Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Sr. Recruiter for Starlink Go-To-Market to own full lifecycle recruiting across GTM and business operations. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard high-potential candidates, partnering with clients and candidates to ensure fit and speed.

You will manage a high-volume workload, build proactive talent pipelines, and present candidates effectively to director- and VP-level leaders while collaborating in a fast-paced, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 6+ years; or 7+ years as recruiter in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with in-house recruiting and international hiring is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage high-volume hiring and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-desk recruiting for Starlink Go-To-Market and Business Operations roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for mission-critical positions.
• Develop pipelines and advise clients on role requirements and market dynamics.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates through clear communication.
• Run creative outreach and talent campaigns to engage top talent.
