United States Digital Space LLC in Reston, VA is seeking staff to assist with project craft employee recruitment, document processing, verifications, and reporting to support staffing for projects.

Role includes sourcing candidates, screenings, and coordinating with hiring managers; occasional travel to events and project sites within the US; bilingual Spanish is valued.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in recruitment, or a related field (prior experience in sourcing is a plus).
• Prior union experience and/or knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Background in craft recruitment or direct craft/trade industry experience.
• A general understanding of recruitment processes and best practices in sourcing.
• Research and analytical skills.
• Experience in using online recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Bi-Lingual Spanish speaking

• Classify candidates according to the project classification structure.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will assist with project craft employee recruitment efforts. You will assist with document preparation, employment verifications, background submittals, pre-employment processing, credential checks, verification of package completion, and reporting for document expirations. Your efforts and attention to detail will contribute to a smooth hiring process and successful project staffing. #LI-TH1

Major Responsibilities:

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Requires a University Hire with 1-2 years of experience or 5-6 years of relevant work experience
