The role requires excellent communication, self-motivation, and the ability to manage high-volume workflows while collaborating with hiring managers at director and VP levels. Onsite in Redmond, WA with no hybrid option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years in recruiting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with in-house and go-to-market recruiting, including international hires.
• Strong ability to manage high-volume workload with autonomy and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Run a full-desk recruiting function for Starlink Go-To-Market and Business Operations roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent to fill mission-critical positions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, communicating clearly at all levels.
• Develop pipelines and strategies to capture passive talent and meet shifting hiring priorities.
