Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Recruiter to support Starlink Go-To-Market and Business Operations with full life cycle responsibilities. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent for mission-critical roles while representing the company with professionalism.

You will manage a high-volume workload, build strong client and candidate relationships, and collaborate with hiring managers at director and VP levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience or 3+ years of recruiting in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting and high-volume workloads.

Responsibilities

• Review applications, search passive candidates, interview, and partner with clients.
• Understand each role’s requirements and how it fits in the organization.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive talent.
• Maintain relationships with clients and candidates through clear communication.
• Develop creative outreach to capture candidate attention.
• Manage a high volume of requisitions and client demands.
