Aerotek is seeking a Process Documentation Specialist for a contract role in Aurora, OH. The role blends hands-on plant-floor observation with office-based documentation to produce SOPs, work instructions and related process documents.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in SOP creation, strong writing skills, and familiarity with manufacturing environments, including working with operators and supervisors on-site.

Competenze

• Proven experience writing SOPs, work instructions, or technical docs.
• Ability to translate floor processes into clear, step-by-step instructions.
• Strong written communication with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Observe operators on the floor to understand processes in detail.
• Draft SOPs and work instructions with clear structure and visuals.
• Review documents with plant personnel to verify accuracy.
• Balance floor time with writing and editing on a computer.
