Formación

• Exceptional ability to synthesize highly technical information into clear, user-friendly language.
• Proficiency with document creation software (e.g., Word) and content visualization tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience in the Optics Industry and clean room practices.
• Familiarity with document management systems (DMS), MES, and ERP.

Responsabilidades

• Documentation Development: write, review, and revise SOPs, WIs, training manuals, guides, and visual aids.
• SME Collaboration: conduct structured interviews and observations with engineers and operators.
• Knowledge Transfer: translate complex information into accessible procedures.
• Content Visualization: develop visuals like photographs, drawings, and diagrams to aid understanding.
• Validation and Feedback: test documents with operators and incorporate feedback.
• Document Control and Compliance: maintain version control within MES/ERP systems and ensure quality standards.
• Resource Management: include necessary materials, safety equipment, and quality checkpoints in documentation.
