Job summary

Power Plus Systems, LLC is seeking a Process Specialist to create, document, and maintain SOPs across departments. You will translate workflows into clear, scalable documentation and manage them in Trainual and other platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication and experience with documentation tools are essential. The role emphasizes collaboration with Operations, Finance, and field teams, with a focus on standardizing processes and improving efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in process documentation, SOP creation, or operations support.
• Experience writing SOPs for operational, administrative, or technical processes.
• Experience with Trainual or similar documentation/training platforms is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, document, and maintain clear, scalable SOPs across departments.
• Publish and manage SOPs within Trainual and other platforms for accessibility and consistency.
• Support process standardization to improve efficiency and cross-team alignment.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
