Actalent is seeking an experienced professional to observe manufacturing and warehouse operations and develop clear, visual SOPs, standard work, job instructions, and OJT materials. You will validate documentation with operators and SMEs, support training and qualification programs, and audit processes to ensure practices match actual operations.

The role requires at least three years in manufacturing or related fields and experience understanding warehouse workflows.

Formación

• Requires at least three years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, industrial training, technical writing, process engineering, or continuous improvement, with demonstrated experience creating SOPs, work instructions, OJT documentation, or manufacturing training materials.
• Candidates should have industrial engineering or manufacturing training experience and understand warehouse workflows.
