Job summary

Louisville Geek is seeking a Solutions Support Representative to ensure accurate quoting, proper ordering, and smooth handoffs to implementation. You will support Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Service teams, ensuring every customer solution is correctly quoted, ordered, billed, and transitioned for deployment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with quoting, procurement, order processing, or sales operations.
• Experience in IT/managed services environment preferred.
• Experience using ConnectWise or similar PSA software is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate quotes for technology products, services, and projects.
• Convert approved quotes into orders within ConnectWise.
• Create projects and service tickets to enable successful delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales Architects, Solutions Managers, and Sales Executives to scope solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing, availability, and procurement challenges.
• Partner with Finance to ensure accurate customer agreements and billing from day one.
• Monitor margins, pricing, and sales metrics to improve profitability.
• Document processes and contribute to SOPs for department efficiency.
• Continue expanding technical and product knowledge through training.
