Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Solutions Group Specialist to manage the quote-to-cash process for Solutions Group clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and credits elimination. You will handle order lifecycle from sales to billing with speed, accuracy and clear communication.

The role requires at least an associate degree and 3 years in customer services or order management, with strong accounting fundamentals and Salesforce experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year / associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years experience in customer services, order management, billing and collections or sales operations preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles
• Experience in Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end account management of assigned Solutions group book-of-business
• Collaborate with Customer Onboarding to ensure orders are assigned to the correct customer accounts
• Own the complete quote-to-order lifecycle including amendments, quoting, invoice validation and collection support
• Act as liaison between internal and external customers to ensure needs are met and service is excellent
• Oversee management of purchase orders, PO funds, pricing and contracts
• Review invoices for pricing accuracy and service frequencies before release to customer
• Monitor outstanding bills to ensure timely payments
• Serve as a SME for USS products and services
• Perform other duties as assigned
