Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a customer-focused professional to handle inquiries and drive pre- and post-sale actions in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare quotes, manage orders in ERP, and support account managers and engineering specialists to meet certification requirements.

The role emphasizes organization, relationship building, and collaboration with internal teams across Northbrook, IL and other US locations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized and self-directed with administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone or email and handle admin tasks.
• Coordinate pre- and post-sale actions to meet TIC certification and adoption timelines.
• Prepare quotes using pricing tools and convert quotes to orders in ERP.
• Support account managers and SE/ISEs with administrative tasks.
• Mentor colleagues and connect customers with UL personnel as needed.
• Track account history and supply data to inform sales strategy.
