Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery sessions, sales technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution workshops — virtually and in person at EBCs/QBRs.
• Partner with Account Managers, Sales Representatives, and Channel Partners to identify customer business and technical requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners as a core part of the role, alongside end-user and ISO engagement.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• Support sales opportunities by providing technical expertise and solution recommendations.
• Position configuration and deployment services for PC, workstation, server, and storage solutions.
• Propose solution architectures, technical proposals, and service scope.
• Validate solution compatibility, scalability, and alignment with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure technically accurate and competitive solutions.
