Job summary

Lenovo in Morrisville, NC seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to accelerate AI-led Marketing & Sales transformation within SSG. You will embed with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions across CRM, CPQ, and ERP, driving revenue growth and faster quote-to-cash cycles.

You will own delivery from problem discovery to deployed solution, champion adoption, and ensure governance and KPI tracking across global markets.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering, AI, or solutions engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
Experience integrating with CRM, ERP, CPQ, and APIs.
Exposure to Marketing, Sales, or Revenue Ops domains.
Ability to deliver measurable outcomes and drive adoption.
Excellent communication with business and technical stakeholders.
Experience with Microsoft AI stack (Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform).

Responsibilities

Embed within Marketing and Sales to identify high-value AI opportunities.
Design and deploy AI solutions leveraging generative AI, agentic AI, and predictive analytics.
Drive improvements in revenue velocity, pipeline conversion, and pricing optimization.
Ensure adoption, change enablement, and governance across deployments.
Collaborate with business, IT, data platforms, and AI teams in global environments.
Provide updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
