Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or relevant technical background/certification.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical sales or consultative support role.
• Strong relationship and team building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven experience in acquiring new business and managing relationships within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and goals.
• Provide expert guidance on integrating, customizing, and utilizing Lenovo products or services.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, development, and support, to address client needs and feedback.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and Lenovo's strategies to address them.
• Collect and relay customer feedback on current products to Lenovo Business Units to inform future product improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Lenovo sales teams and serve as a support specialist.
• Assist in managing the sales process with Lenovo Sellers and build new relationships with decision-makers involved in solution choices.
