Job summary

You will handle put-away, scanning, replenishment of VMI and vending solutions, and maintain solution equipment while collaborating with sales for retention and revenue growth. The role requires strong communication, routine maintenance skills, and the ability to travel 80%+ with a valid license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and general computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels (min/max) to meet customer demand.
• Receive, unpack, and put away products at solution points of use.
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance on solution equipment.
• Log and track daily account activities using routing software.
• Build relationships with customer contacts to ensure solution retention.
• Promote loyalty through solution support and CARE program execution.
• Maintain 6S standards and comply with safety protocols.
• Travel 80%+ and operate company vehicle as required.
