Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs and maintenance on solution equipment to company standards.
• Use routing software to log and track daily account activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer contacts to ensure solution retention.
• Promote MSC customer loyalty through solution support and CARE program execution.
