Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Telesales, Outside Sales, Storeroom or Inventory Management with strong Customer Engagement.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Receive and put away products at solution points of use.
• Perform maintenance on solution equipment per standards.
• Log daily activities using routing software and learn systems such as SAP, AS400, ASI, Vending Portal, Salesforce, Tableau.
• Build relationships with customer contacts to ensure solution retention.
• Drive revenue through solution support and proactive problem solving.
• Adhere to safety and compliance protocols and maintain 6S standards.
