Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking a Solutions Sales Manager to drive regional growth for the OLYSENSE endoscopy platform, with a strong focus on competitive displacement and expansion across the installed base and new accounts.

You will own territory performance and engage clinical, administrative, and hospital IT stakeholders to win complex deals, support integration, and drive sustained customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in medical device, healthcare technology, or SaaS.
• Proven track record of winning competitive deals and displacing incumbents in GI or related areas.
• Ability to sell using clinical and economic differentiation.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder hospital environments and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue growth for OLYSENSE and expand across installed base and new accounts.
• Target competitor accounts and position OLYSENSE as a superior option.
• Lead end-to-end deal execution: evaluation, demos, pricing, and procurement.
• Develop a robust pipeline with disciplined CRM usage.
• Engage physicians, admins, VACs, and hospital IT to win deals.
• Communicate clinical differentiation and ROI to stakeholders.
• Support pilots, handle objections, and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with GI Capital sales to maximize account penetration.
• Travel ~70% within assigned territory.
• Meet or exceed quota and performance targets.
