Qualifications

• Extensive experience selling medical devices or healthcare IT solutions.
• Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals.
• Strong ability to articulate clinical and economic value to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent territory planning and pipeline development skills.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue growth for OLYSENSE with emphasis on competitive displacement and expansion across installed base and non-Olympus accounts.
• Target and convert competitor accounts by identifying clinical, operational, and economic gaps and positioning OLYSENSE as the superior option.
• Build and execute territory strategies and account plans to win in highly competitive environments.
• Lead end-to-end deal execution: evaluation, product demonstrations, stakeholder alignment, pricing, proposals, and procurement processes.
• Develop and manage a robust, high-quality pipeline of new opportunities.
