Responsibilities

• Learn the Novo ShareNet software and configurations.
• Meet with customers to gather requirements and adjust settings.
• Define timelines and milestones with customers.
• Migrate customer data (CSV/Excel or SQL-based databases).
• Train customers on software usage and provide technical support.
