Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for integrated systems.
• Experience supporting industrial automation or complex software apps.
• Knowledge of networking architecture and firewall administration.
• Experience with Linux-based systems and AWS cloud services.
• Web app administration and user access management experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Linux, Python, and virtualization.
• Field exposure with industrial automation is a plus.
• Excellent communication for cross-team collaboration.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support for software products and automation systems.
• Use Jira Service Management for issue tracking and prioritization.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain customized software configurations for customers.
• Drive improvements to deployment processes and support tools.
• Engage in software development for advanced diagnostic utilities.
• Maintain virtualized test environments for accurate testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on product enhancements.
• Update firewall configurations and security policies.
• Administer web applications, manage user access, and release configuration files.
