Novals, Inc. / Byrd Family of Companies is seeking a highly motivated Training Specialist to support a major software optimization initiative. You will learn, configure, test, document, and train employees on PSA/Proven Jobs, LiveSwitch, Xactimate, and other business apps.

An ideal candidate enjoys learning new tech, improving processes, and creating training materials while helping others succeed. This is a contract role focused on implementation and adoption across multi-site operations in OH.

Qualifications

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Reliability and attention to detail with multi-site work in OH.

Responsabilités

• Develop training materials, SOPs, and user guides.
• Conduct one-on-one and group software training sessions.
• Provide ongoing coaching and technical support to staff.
• Create quick-reference guides and training videos.
• Validate data and support software implementation activities.
• Monitor adoption and report progress to leadership.
