Novo Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Implementation & Training Specialist to learn Novo ShareNet, work with customers to gather requirements, configure the software, and train users.

You will manage timelines, migrate data, and provide technical support while collaborating with the Implementation Manager and Novo team. Implementation & Training Specialist
(Full Time)

Position Summary:

Developing a deep understanding of the Novo software, target customer operations, and configuring the software to meet customer needs. Providing support, assisting with testing updates, meeting with customers, documenting requirements, configuring solutions, and training new users.

Primary Responsibilities

• Learning the Novo ShareNet software
• Customer meetings and support calls to gather requirements, review configuration, and adjust settings
• Define timelines and milestones with customers
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Migrate customer data (CSV/Excel or SQL-based databases)
• Train customers on software usage
• Provide technical support as needed
• Test and advise on new features
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• Experience with ticketing or data management systems
