Job summary

Neostella, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Consultant to serve as a trusted solution expert across Sales, Customer Experience, Implementation, Product, and Partner teams.

You will scope complex customer needs, design scalable solutions, support implementations, and guide best practices to ensure long-term customer success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, validate designs, and document scope, assumptions, and dependencies while driving high-quality, reusable

Qualifications

• 4+ proven experience in a Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, Consulting, Implementation, or similar role.
• Experience supporting complex customer solutions from discovery through implementation.
• Strong understanding of business software, IT systems, integrations, and technical/functional solution design.
• Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including collaboration with customers, executives, Sales, Product, Implementation, and Partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales, Implementation, Product, and Partner teams as a subject-matter expert on complex customer solutions.
• Participate in sales discovery and scope business requirements, workflows, integrations, data migration, and advanced configurations.
• Identify risks, dependencies, edge cases, and product gaps during discovery and solution design.
• Validate proposed solutions against product capabilities, implementation standards, and delivery feasibility.
• Document scope, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies clearly.
• Provide solution guidance during implementation, including complex workflows, architecture decisions, data strategies, and scope changes.
• Escalate complex or ambiguous customer and implementation requirements as needed.
• Review solution designs and implementation plans for partner-led implementations to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify recurring challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate brainstorming and design sessions with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Partner teams.
• Develop and improve discovery questions, scoping templates, and solution-design frameworks.
• Coach teams on scalable, supportable solution approaches and best practices.
• Stay current on industry trends, product capabilities, and relevant technologies.
