MarketMan seeks an Implementation Specialist – Onboarding & Training to lead the customer journey from kickoff to live use. You will configure MarketMan, set up POS/APIs, upload inventory, and train teams for confident operation. This role centers on the Square integration but spans multiple platforms as needed.

You will collaborate with Sales, Support, Training, Data Processing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure smooth adoption and scalable learning assets.

Competenze

• Experience in implementation, onboarding, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Ability to map customer requirements to system configurations.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for non-technical users.
• Proven project management with multiple accounts and deadlines.

Mansioni

• Own the customer journey from kickoff through training completion and early live use.
• Plan and drive implementation and training milestones with clear owners and success criteria.
• Configure MarketMan system: inventory, suppliers, recipes, locations, users, permissions.
• Set up POS and API integrations with focus on Square; support other platforms as needed.
• Deliver engaging training across 1:1, cohorts, and webinars; tailor to customer data and operations.
