Neostella, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Consultant to serve as a trusted expert across Sales, Customer Experience, Implementation, Product, and Partners.

You will scope complex customer needs, design scalable solutions, support implementations, and guide best practices to ensure long-term customer success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, dependencies, and product gaps, and you will help drive discovery, solution design, and successful delivery across

Qualificações

• 4+ years in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or related roles.
• Experience guiding complex customer solutions from discovery to implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for translating requirements into solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Support Sales, Implementation, Product, and Partner teams as a subject-matter expert on complex customer solutions.
• Participate in sales discovery to scope business requirements, workflows, integrations, and data migrations.
• Identify risks, dependencies, edge cases, and gaps during discovery and design.
• Validate proposed solutions against product capabilities, standards, and feasibility.
• Document scope, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies clearly.
• Provide solution guidance during implementation, including complex workflows and architecture decisions.
• Escalate complex or ambiguous customer and implementation requirements as needed.
• Review solution designs and plans for partner-led implementations to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify recurring challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate brainstorming and design sessions across teams to align on solutions.
• Help develop discovery questions, scoping templates, and solution-design frameworks.
• Coach teams on scalable, supportable solution approaches and best practices.
