Job summary

Fortra is seeking a collaborative Professional Services Consultant to deploy software solutions in customer environments. The role requires travel and occasional formal training sessions, with responsibilities spanning from discovery through deployment and support.

You will work with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure successful implementations, maintain project momentum, and deliver high-quality professional services both remotely and onsite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Consulting, Customer Success, Services Coordination, Support or Training.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, adaptable, and receptive to feedback.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate mastery of at least one product or a specialized technical discipline.
• Develop scripts, utilities, and integrations to meet customer needs.
• Gather infrastructure requirements and document deployment procedures.
• Provide timely project status updates to customers and teams.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues impacting customers.
• Deliver professional services remotely and onsite.
• Define project scope and deliverables with the PMO and report progress.
