Qualifications

• 8+ years in software, cloud, or technology
• 5+ years in technical go-to-market, solutions, product marketing, sales engineering, or related roles
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Security, and AI solutions
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into customer value propositions
• Experience working across sales, marketing, alliances, and regional teams in a matrixed environment
• Strong written communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

Responsibilities

• Shape offer strategy, positioning, and value propositions for Microsoft Cloud, Security, Copilot, and AI solutions.
• Create sales kits, messaging, launch materials, customer presentations, and enablement content.
• Partner with Practice Leads, Services teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to bring new offers to market.
• Manage offer launches across countries and regions, ensuring seller readiness and partner adoption.
• Maintain a centralized library of approved GTM assets and sales resources.
• Gather customer, partner, and field feedback to continuously improve messaging and offers.
• Measure asset adoption, pipeline influence, partner activation, and launch effectiveness.
