Job summary

Ingram Micro, Inc. is seeking a senior go-to-market leader to shape the Microsoft Cloud, AI, and Copilot offerings.

Translate technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions and guide the development of messaging, sales plays, launch plans, and enablement content. You will collaborate with Practice Leads, Services teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to bring new offers to market globally, overseeing launches across regions to ensure seller readiness and partner adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software, cloud, or technology, including 5+ years in technical go-to-market, solutions, product marketing, sales engineering, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Security, and AI solutions.
• Experience developing solution messaging, sales plays, enablement content, and launch programs.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions.
• Experience working across sales, marketing, alliances, and regional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong written communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape offer strategy, positioning, and value propositions for Microsoft Cloud, Security, Copilot, and AI solutions.
• Create sales kits, messaging, launch materials, customer presentations, and enablement content.
• Partner with Practice Leads, Services teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to bring new offers to market.
• Manage offer launches across countries and regions, ensuring seller readiness and partner adoption.
• Maintain a centralized library of approved GTM assets and sales resources.
• Gather customer, partner, and field feedback to continuously improve messaging and offers.
• Measure asset adoption, pipeline influence, partner activation, and launch effectiveness.
