Ideal candidates bring two years of technical or client support experience, strong Yardi knowledge, and solid SQL/Oracle, Microsoft 365, and problem-solving skills. Travel may be required during training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 2 years of technical or client support experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Yardi domain or relevant industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead software implementation, configuration, and deployment for clients.
• Consult with clients to understand needs and deliver customized solutions.
