Sideways 6 in New York, NY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to work with the Sales team and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences from first conversation through long-term partnerships.

You will analyze customer requirements, design tailored solutions, and deliver compelling product demonstrations that communicate value and drive conversions across enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• SaaS pre-sales experience translating technical value for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to read RFI/RFP and translate requirements into tailored demos.
• Strong presentation skills for IT, HR, and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical setup of demos and connect platform to 3rd-party integrations.
• Read RFI/RFPs to understand prospect needs with Sales input.
• Create and deliver tailored, compelling product demonstrations.
• Act as product expert with training resources support.
• Collaborate with US/UK teams and align with time zones.
