Trustpilot is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer in New York to act as the technical and consultative partner for New Business and Account Management. You will translate customer needs into tailored solutions, design integration approaches, and deliver credible technical demonstrations to drive conversion.

Qualifications
- Experience in pre-sales or technical advisory within SaaS/tech.
- Strong understanding of APIs, web integrations and data flows.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to uncover customer needs and integration requirements.
- Design clear, scalable solutions aligned with technical feasibility.
- Deliver tailored demos and presentations to articulate value and ROI.
- Support pilots to validate functionality and impact before signature.
- Act as trusted technical advisor through the sales cycle and resolve blockers.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Implementation for smooth handover.
- Maintain documentation for proposed solutions and integration requirements.
- Capture customer feedback to inform product roadmap.
