Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as a Solutions/Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS.
• Comfortable reading API docs and testing in Postman.
• Working knowledge of Shopify and helpdesks like Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Run demos tailored to prospect's problems with Siena's agents.
• Own multi‑week proof‑of‑concept (POC) programs end to end.
• Scope integrations and decide between native vs. custom builds.
